I ordered workers help I was charged by both Uhaul and the company. The workers came 2 hours late meaning I lost my place of where I was going to drop things off and had to change it to three different locations. I ended up 600 on something I thought was 300 I don't know if I'll use Uhaul again only to see 2 dollar deductions on when I spent over 50 filling the tank and used none of the equipment. Recommend renting during business hours or get dropped off it utilizing 24/7 rental access. There is Limited external parking. Seamless turn in process was greatly appreciated.Anthony O.

left auto hauler tail light didnt work. out of the 3 wires to that light 2 was broken and the 3rd had only 2 wire strands holding it on. so i ended up sitting at a rest area splicing wires together.got that done and ended up having to splice the same 3 wires about 2 feet further down the wire. called uhaul road side assistance and he acted like it wasnt his problem. needless to say i wasnt very happy at alldale W.

I ended up going to the wrong location (Boston Rd Spfd) waited 15 minutes & was told I needed to go to the State Street location. Did not know you even had a 2nd location....poor customer service by the rep that handled my reservation.Marianne B.

The uhaul was fine as it always is. My order turned into to a higher priced number based on mileage and personally I watched myself drive 2 blocks and it jumped 2 miles literally. That's skeptical and I called because the money came out my account and the owner was explaining it. My only concern was my receipt that I tried to get at the office when I returned it. It never came to my email. Other than that. good!!!!syaira M.

We booked to pickup on Thursday June 26 I was taking to train from Rochester ny to Springfield ma my train was running 3 hours late the pickup time was 7pm that night but my train did not arrive until 8pm. Uhaul called me while I was on the train the girl said it was ok if I couldn't pickup the truck by 6:30pm i could pick it up the next morning when I called to see if the truck was ready I was told it had been cancelled then I had to rebook it and pay $42 more and had to go 10 more miles to pick up a different truck add gas we live in Chicopee ma had to go to Springfield to get the truck back he Chicopee office was very rude when she told me truck was canceled too bad cost more very disappointed in Chicopee uhaul.ron B.

I was the first customer at this UHaul establishment. Mr. White was very helpful, I had to cancel an original reservation at another location on short notice due to having to move sooner and Mr. White went out of his way to accomodate me by making a truck available on short notice. He constantly communicated with me to make sure all the paperwork was correct and I had everthing I needed. Even when the movers started packing the truck and realized I needed a bigger truck, Mr. White made sure that change was a smooth transition. I would highly recommend this UHaul establishment to others in the future.Wendy L.
