Barry dUnfortunately, I had to rate this location as poor, even though it is not the location that I originally rented the equipment from. I reserved a trailer from the Bemidji, Minnesota location and a day before I was supposed to pick up the trailer, they called me and told me that I had to go to Baudette to pick up the trailer if I wanted it. This was the worst experience that I have ever had. Who has ever heard of not having the equipment that I ordered and then sending me to go get the trailer if I wanted one, instead of having the trailer delivered to the location that I ordered it from. Very disappointed in U-Haul Bemidji location.

RobertaA RThe attendant did not care or know about price discrepancies that I had questioned. He did not understand how the system wirked. The truck was dirty it looked like it was used to haul trees or shrubbery. There were some kind of price tags and dirt in the back. The car hauler was in poor condition. The electrical connector was worn down and the metal connectors were exposed, one tire was low on air, had a slow leak and the rim was beat to heck and rusty. On the opposite side of the car hauler another tire began to rub the metal fender and smoke. I was initially contacted by a Minnesota field manager concerning my over charge of around $1,000 but at the end of my trip was never contacted back to rectify the situation.

Andrew HHowards location is very convenient and friendly, and having fuel for sale makes this location a huge benefit for my trailer rental needs.

LeRoy WEntire pick up process was challenging. Equipment not at pick up so had to go to alternative location. The owner was out of town and then reservation was modified. Worked out but challenging.

Mark LU haul has a shity way of doing business. To rent a truck that is already spoken for is a way to loose repeat business. To have limited inventory in northern Minnesota don’t look good either. Remove me from your costumer list I will never use U Haul again.

sunshine dIt was -5° when I picked up the truck, the truck was snow covered. The truck and the box were clean, the only problem with the vehicle was that the wiper blades were not in good shape at all. I found this out as I was driving through a snow storm in Wisconsin!
PATRICIA MMy recommending this location would include a caution regarding carefully reading the contract before signing it to avoid a possible costly fee for wrong destination when returning the equipment, as I experienced.
PHILIP JJerry was wonderful in getting me set up in a short time after another UHaul dealer bailed on me.

ERIC OThey were good, except when I reserved the Uhaul about a month or more prior, I reserved an appliance dolly and a dozen moving pads. He didn't have ANY OF THAT for me. So, we moved a heavy washer and dryer wthout that assistance. He said he "didn't know" about the other things. Not sure how that could happen since I'd ordered all.
SANDRA WI had no problem with Howards Oil co. The problem I had was having to drive 2 extra hours to pick the trailer up since it was not available at my first choice which was reserved on line a week before. So finding this out the day before pick-up was very stressfull.
LYNNELL RMake sure straps for car hauler are intact not broken.
