Knowledgeable, courteous and professional
WILLIAM FMajor problems with this vehicle, but not the manager who was accommodative. I had nothing but issues from the truck and your customer service during this horrible experience.
king dThe only complaint I have is that the trucks cup holder was faulty, which was just a minor inconvenience. Otherwise, it was an absolutely positive experience.

Patrick GReserved a 26 foot truck a week in advance and it was confirmed that we would have it on the day we needed it. The night before we get a text saying they don't have it and we would have to get one 40 minutes away or take a smaller truck. If that isn't bad enough, after deciding to just take the smaller truck, we go to the location to pick it up and as they drive it up to us, we realize there's a bigger one still in the parking lot. We asked the guy about the size and he said it's a 26 foot. We ask if we could take it and he said ITS ALREADY RENTED OUT. Unbelievably poor professionalism and business model. Would never recommend after that absolutely terrible and disrespectful experience.

PATRICIA JI have used U-Haul in Toms River all my life and have nothing but good things to say about them. This U-Haul I will never return to ever again. The experience was horrendous. I had the tank filled in their gas station while the representative was checking me back in and yet he had the balls to accuse me of not having the tank filled. The worst U-Haul ever I will never return

YEHUDALEIB ZLocation is great, but this is the second time getting a trailer only to find out at night that there's no lights other than the blinkers and brake lights. No running lights on the front and side of trailer makes it very difficult to see at night (and could get you pulled over & ticketed).

It'd be nice if you had a repeat customer setup.When I picked up the trailer this last time, your system was down and the person at the counter asked me to return later when your systems were back on-line. He facilitated me by taking the information needed, my license and CC, and processed it later. Kudos! I was very happy about that as I had intended to use my afternoon to load up the trailer to leave early the following morning.
