Karen GThe quality of the truck could have been better. The interior was dirty. Check engine light was on. Drivers side door didn’t close completely. Mobile check in was not functioning at the time and the agent rushed me through the check in process without documenting the status of anything on the truck, which in turn resulted in improperly accepting the truck with a false gas reading. Upon return I refilled to the amount of gas I received the truck with and yet was charged for not refilling the tank. I also rented a hand truck that was not originally equipped that I had to ask for and this isn’t the first time I rented a truck from this location with a hand truck and wasn’t supplied with it. If it weren’t for the location I would not use this location again.
