I ordered 2 furniture dollies and 2 utility dollies and they were not in the U-Haul, since the place wasn’t open yet I had to look around outside myself and one of my items wasn’t there at all. There was also barely any gas in the truck.

Jim's RWe reserved a 26' truck a week ahead of time and when we arrived the guy said that the truck hadn't been returned and that he could give us a 15' truck. Meanwhile there were 2 26' trucks on the lot. I said, no we need something bigger, he then said he could give us a 20' truck so we took that. But we had to make more trips that we needed because of it prolonging our entire moving day. When we returned the truck there was still 1 26' truck sitting in that lot. We passed this gas station every time we drove back n forth during the move. We were pretty pissed.
