You guys charged me $480.48, but the pick-up location charged me $490.48. I questioned that and he said the "Rental Tax" was $10 more and he didn't know why.
Joe VGot charged for something I never even signed up for.
EMMANUEL VI ordered 2 furniture dollies and 2 utility dollies and they were not in the U-Haul, since the place wasn’t open yet I had to look around outside myself and one of my items wasn’t there at all. There was also barely any gas in the truck.
