Help staff understand the software and how to rent out uhauls better, the guy helping me didn’t get any of my info for my reservation and handed me the key and said good to go, I used to work at a Uhaul and I knew there was alot more info he needed which I luckily mentioned and he’s like “oh shoot you’re right I need your licence info” so clearly they are not very well trained in this department and had to get someone else to come help him which took about an hour for him to show up

JACK CNot a big deal but, one side of the trailer ramp lock pin slot was warped, causing only one side to be secured in the up/stowed position. However, with some movement during towing, it slid into place, securing the trailer. Some difficulty getting it unlatched to lower. Otherwise, a great experience!! Thanks, U-Haul! in Saskatchewan

Brad GIt’s not this location, UHaul in general fucking sucks and people only use it because they’re a monopoly. Every god Damn time I’ve used UHaul for the last 10+ years I’ve had a major issue. This last time was the final straw. I drove 2.5 hours to PA to pick up a UHaul the day I was moving and when I got there on my motorcycle I have a message on my phone telling me they don’t have a truck anymore!! The nearest truck they had was over 4 hours away in freaken Moose Jaw! Had to spend 1000s on a moving company because I had no other options. In the summer months and towards thr end of the month they jack up their prices 400%. Plus you wait 6 months to get your surprise deposits back. 🖕 that’s not even the worst thing that’s Happened

Jessica HThe staff at Rona in Humboldt Saskatchewan need to be aware of how to rent a unit. We wasted a lot of time waiting around for someone who was knowledgeable about how the rental agreement worked and which unit we rented.
Kevin KThe pickup location is not where you actually need it. I had 2 hours added on my day because I had to go somewhere else to pickup the truck. Not convenient, especially when you are on a time crunch. Nothing was said at the initial call, so that would have been nice to know. I was driving 3.5 hours in the first place and then to learn it was not at the location I wanted to pickup, which is why i picked Saskatoon, for the convenience.
Bonnie ENothing was wrong with this location. It was you that dropped the ball. It took close to an hour and a half to pick this unit up do to a computer problem that occurred within your reservation system. Absolutely pitiful. I have severe arthritis and was lucky the young lady found me a chair before I fell over. I felt sorry for her having to continuously apologize to me over your systems failure. I suggest you you rewrite this customer review and extend it to include yourselves and your reservation system instead of hiding behind the rental location insinuating everything is on them. Its time you take responsibility for your mistakes.

LORNE OStop changing the pick up locations. It seems very u professional and unorganized. Then offered me an extra day with extra kilometres and then ended up charging me for them. Not impressed. After spending nearly $1000
