Not a big deal but, one side of the trailer ramp lock pin slot was warped, causing only one side to be secured in the up/stowed position. However, with some movement during towing, it slid into place, securing the trailer. Some difficulty getting it unlatched to lower. Otherwise, a great experience!! Thanks, U-Haul! in Saskatchewan
