My initial pick up I had reservation for Dublin Bait and Tackle. The truck was not there when I got there and I was sent to another location that still didn’t have the 20’ truck I had reserved. I ended up getting 15’ truck due to that being all that was available. I feel like there should have been better communication versus me spending several hours running around and still not getting desired truck.

This location Wouldn’t allow mobile check in, attempted to add on charges and was very rude. I am a event planner and as you can see from my account history, I rent a lot through UHAUL but This was my first and last time using this location. I didn’t know that they rented until recently and only used them because it was convenient to my business. From now on, I will drive a few miles to get better customer service. Also, I didn’t notice until I left but trash was behind the seats.
