Did not receive the blankets that we reserved. Key pickup box incorrectly described as being attached to a fence. Was actually attached to the building.

heidi cIf you rent a truck out for 8am don’t tell the customer that it will be available. I rented the truck for 8am but the office didn’t open until 9so I had to wait. Frustrating!!
Adrienne BThe facility was great. The uhaul.com was poor - it first directed me to another dealer (ABC storage) at a time when Safe Store was not open. I had to go home and come back later (annoying). THEN when I attempted to follow the online instructions to return the vehicle to Safe Store after regular hours, it was impossible. I left the vehicle and left a message for Charlotte (office manager). She called me as soon as she arrived the next morning to straighten things out. I would use Safe Store again only because of Charlotte.

warren cFirst, my reservation was switched to this location at the last minute (as I was driving to pick up the van). I then found out that I would have to return the van to the same location, even though that woul add another 20 miles that I would be charged for. During the inspection, I notified the staff that the van stank of cigarette smoke and that there were ashes in the van. I also pointed out a dent under the passenger-side mirror. After I returned the van, I was charged a $40 cleaning fee. I was told this was because of the smoking (from the previous user did) and that there was mud "all over" the back of the van. If there was any mud in the van, it was because I had it on my boots as I was sweeping out the van during a thunderstorm.

Randolph B415 dallors for less than 48 hours are you kidding me? I returned the van full of gas and clean I have to use uhauls frequently for work reasons and iv never paid more than 200 I will never use this uhaul location again. The van smelled like cigarette smoke and bad body odor

Judy PPrice to rent a van is $19.95. The invoice on computer was 39.95. The receptionist stated the amount would change to 19.95 and I received a receipt for that amount. But $39.95 was still withdrawn from my bank acvount. Big inconvenience to have to call about this.
Sharon YI made my reservation online. The website totaled it to $40. My card was charged $125! There was no mention of mileage on their website whatsoever. The reservation manager " Tash" was not helpful and argued with me on the phone that mileage was on their website. I told her it was misrepresentation on the part of uhaul. I asked to speak with her manager. She said she was the manager. I will never deal with uhaul again. They tripled the original cost of this without my consent!

Susie MI was promised a one day rental rate by local person for Sunday use. I was charged for 2 days per U-Haul policy. Local rep did nothing to make this right despite their misrepresentation.
DONALD HSince I am an employee at this location, I know how important business is: so I paid $6 to wash the cargo van before returning it and also cleaned the inside. I don't know how the contract or how U-Haul works with washing or keeping it clean but someone from U-Haul should maintain the outside. THAT'S ALL, it rides good, good on gas and very comfortable! Thanks
