they are a 24 hour UHaul location as posted on the front entrance. But they only have 2 employees trained to do rentals. when i called to. reserve a trailer i was told to call back as they could not help i called later that evening and spoke with an employee that was able to help me. I told him I would be picking the trailer up at 8am. when i got there the same girl i spoke to the day before was working and was not able to help me as she was not trained. after a few phone calls the fellow i spoke to the night before was able to get me going over the phone. i probably would not rent from that location again for this reason
GLENN BBeing charged for a full day if you are an hour late on your return time is ridiculous.
PETRUS GUsually when I return trucks they check the fuel level and if it's under they let you have the option to fill it or take the fuel charge. This place did not, the kid doing the return had no idea what he was doing, he was on his cell speaking Chinese the full time I was there. After he sent the receipt for the return with the fuel charge I said I would put the 15 dollars in it to bring it back up and then I had to wait for someone else to come to help me.. once that person got there he was on the phone with someone from uhaul who said I would get my full refund, minus the extra miles I was charged for, that day. It is now the 12th of November and my contract ended October 26th and I have still not received any refund at all. I don't recommend this place AT ALL. SERVICE SUCKS AND THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING.

CALVIN TThere was no one there when I arrived to pick up the trailer. I was on the phone with the guy who was supposed to be there, and I had to walk out multiple times to the trailer to verify information for him.
Jason HThey weren't aware I was dropping off. Had to spend a lot of time to prove this was my drop off location.
Adam MAwful experience. No one there to book us in. Had to do everything on the phone.and this really didn’t work. We were there for over half an hour when we booked in and when we returned the unit. The whole thing was a bad experience. We had to stand in a public place having to shout out my credit card number and expiry date. This is not acceptable.
