Clerk did not know what he was doing. At one point (his English was so bad) he couldn't understand my answers to his questions and he had me sit in his chair and key in my information into the computer. He changed my reservation to a local rental instead of ithe one way reservation I had booked online and when I was shocked by the estimated price on the contract he pointed out that I was paying for mileage which I had thought to be included in my oneway rental. All was sorted in the end by Jimmy, the field manager on call on the day I returned my rental truck. Many thanks to Jimmy for getting things correctly invoiced.
