I been renting from Hyde Park in Cooperstown probably seven years I’ve never found a place the equipment is as well-maintained, cleaned and courteous anywhere else

Sara HicklingUpdate the u Haul website so that off hours drop off is easier. We tried numerous times to access our account as directed but were unable to do so. Thankfully, there was someone to help us when we texted the phone number posted at the drop pff location.
Joyce KwasneyThe self check in system was TERRIBLE and is the only form of check in you can use here. The check-in process needs to be run on phones and my phone and my Dad's brand new phone as of yesterday couldn't properly run the 24/7 self service because it took up more RAM than either of our phones had. We ended up checking in an hour late because it took so long despite being at the location around 20 mins early. The reservation for this UHaul also sent us to the wrong location (the place I had initially ordered it) because the reservation still showed as being for pick up at that location rather than the one a scheduling phone call had moved it to. Check out was no better as the site crashed again while I was trying to take photos of the truck to prove no damage had been done. We were 5 minutes from being late to check out because this took another 40 minutes to complete. I was left guessing that the check out still took because my account showed that I had no orders/reservations ever when I tried to go back and check the status of the return. Also this location gave us the truck with barely a quarter tank of gas in it so we immediately had to stop which was really annoying. For the love of all this is holy try to find a UHaul location that has a counter and not this self-service model it was so frustrating and ended up putting us an hour behind schedule.

Joseph KukenbergerMOBILE APP checkout was not working. The PHOTO PORTAL to upload your license wouldn't activate. And, you couldn't complete online check in. Thankfully the the site manager was available to help check in manually.

NORBERT JONKESurprise surprise. The website didn’t work again! It said it couldn’t find me, despite all my GPS location and tracking being on. It took about 30 minutes of restarting my phone, using safari and chrome and the app. Finally something kicked over and it worked. Not at all pleased by the website.
Eric MishkinThere was no store for the tv box we ordered had to get one when we came back to Rochester plus was out of are way but we needed the truck thanks for the extra mileage I believe we were under the set amount which saved us money
