Excellent experience
Michael CFYI: The 15' foot truck I rented several days ago was leaking oil. It also left two oil spot puddles on my driveway that I'll have to clean up. Also, that 15' Ford truck didn't run very well, and had no working lights on the section of dashboard area that contains the heater, vent, A/C, and radio controls, so I had to use a flashlight to read them at night. Other than that, no problems. The 10' Chevy truck that I rented twice previously was great, in excellent condition, and also got great gas mileage. U-Haul should consider buying all Chevy trucks, instead of Ford ("Fix Or Repair Daily"). The people who have been helping me, Efraim, and the owner, Eric, have both been awesone to work with.

WESLEY CAgain the hitch made it hard to deal with in having to lift the entire frame and front of the trailer off my car. There were ladies working at this location and two of them had to get it off the hitch. This is not a good way to hook up to a vehicle. It needed the jack lift on it. Thank goodness I did not need to unhook anytime in between the trip across several states.

SANTOS CTruck cab was full of dog hair and was dirty. Vehicle was not ready at 7:30 as reserved and store not open until 8. It was 9:30 before I was able to leave with truck.
Monte MI think it is highway robbery that the policy is the charge a whole lot extra if someone brings the vehicle back with less fuel. This creates chaos for clients like me who rent trucks last under my corporate account and need to get the job done. I have to guess how much fuel to out in.. and this morning.. I picked up the truck k with a 1/4tank and left it with just under a 1/2 tank. No credit, no nothing. And to top it off when I got the receipt it showed the tank at less fuel than what I left it. Probably because it was on a hill. I have pictures to prove otherwise. Also as a corporate account .. why is communication not forthcoming when a truck is not assigned, I have to wait until the shop opens to “see” if I even have a reservation? As a business owner.. I just can’t comprehend this lack of care with regular customers.. I’m very unhappy!!
Allison DOur transaction was easy and seamless. The truck was very clean with only 12k miles. The staff there inside of Ace Hardware was friendly and I’m totally satisfied with the process from the online reservation to the return of the rental truck. Highly recommended.

They have all been good, but this one excels with the matter of trust.. that would be because at the top of the influence of Erick, the owner of the Ace Hardware where it is located off of 7th St. Greeley on 18th Ave..Trust is the two-way street and if you are a person of integrity, honest, trusting but not gullible of course, and do what is right, your duty, I expect you will find Eric‘s establishment as I did to be a wonderful and fulfilling experience, truck, finances, and personal relationship. WILLIAM AYelled at me for having truck extra days and told me that I would be paying late fees my total h3le tried charging me was almost 600.00$ om top of me already paying 125$!!!

RODERICK TI was overcharged a rental fee and overcharged up to sixty miles over the amount that we actually used. The store was not helpful at and staed that we had to take it up with uhaul very poor customer service in trying to resolve this with the store.Associate this is not okay
Christie VListen, I rented from U-Haul repeatedly and in a most subtle almost imperceptible way this was my best experience ever. The almost invisible element was trust.. add to that kindness a matter of fact attitude, honesty, and integrity, especially in the owner, Erick, and you have what I realized was a family relationship. Best wishes to you with Harry and renting from his U-Haul on the corner of ninth Street and 18th Ave.

PHILLIP BThis location is inside a Ace Hardware. The staff working the U-haul counter and the rest of the Ace Hardware were great. All people I would love to have as a part of my past businesses. A note to their integrity as well. I have my life on my cell phone and stupidly, don't have it backed up. Long story short, had looked all night while helping my son move out of a rental. Realized that my only hope was that I had left it at the Ace/Uhaul and God had his best honest people there. I live too far away so I ended up sleeping in my truck in 29 degree weather in front of the store so i would be there when they opened. They had it right there ready for me to pick up!

KOTY SI was not originally supposed to drop off at this location. I hento the location on my contract and then when I went to drop off after hours it changed the location that I was supposed to drop off too. Very frustrating when already having had a long day.

DOUGLAS FLeaf springs are crap, brakes grab one side and torque the trailer. Absolute nightmare of a drive, never again will I rent from from monsters that have no regard for my safety and well-being.

Not that I put any marks on the unit but would they have noticed? Obvious money grab and had I not been in need I would have passed, definitely won’t rent again
