lana kAbsolutely horrible experience! Between being forced to use that location after I booked a truck a week in advance, and U-Haul calling to cancel the same day that I needed to pick it up, this location tried to charge me the $50 for the additional mileage. Was a regular regular Customer prior to this, I am employing my storage and never using U-Haul again. Corporate greed at its finest.
