Quick and easy Friendly staff thanks guys!
Nick C.The representative who checked me out mistakenly charged me for 5 extra days that I did not want or need. I went back to the store twice to sort out the mistake but have yet to get my refund. I will attempt to resolve this with Uhaul customer service, however, as of this writing, I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with my experience.
