I was charged a whopping 25.00 for cleaning! The van was returned cleaned. Upon inquiry, I was told that a wrapper was left in the cabin and I did not fold the pads. I was not told the.pads were supposed to be folded, this charge was abusive. I guess you have my CC on hand which gives ls you power.

The gentleman running the office was very caring. He made sure everything went well, but he needs supplies, blankets, etc. he said he’s been waiting for U-Haul for the delivery. You have a very caring man running this location.

Nobdoy was there when I went to pick up the truck. Luckily your phone tech support was great and was able to get me into a truck. However, somebody should still be at the location in case customers need things like pads or a dolly.

When i arrived, I followed the prompts in the app and opened the correct box per the app, and no key was there. I spent 15 minutes on hold to speak with someone at Uhaul's 24 hour service, who ended up being VERY helpful and got me into a different truck. Had there not been a second 15ft truck at the location, I am not sure what would have happened. The reservation was made over a week in advance, and the pickup location was chosen by U-Haul, so it was frustrating to waste approximately 30 minutes at the pickup location because the key wasn't available. I also paid for an appliance dolly that was not in either the original truck or the new truck. The truck was in good condition and i had no issues with it once a key was found.
