Don't charge $100 cleaning fee for a dirty floorboard. The U-haul dealer is charging too much for this service. The dealer was not at the location at 1:29pm to take possession of the rental. I will be disputing the charges unless the cleaning charge is credited.

I had to self service myself in to a truck and they gave me the wrong truck and size they charged me $99 for the truck and another day on my rental after I was told that I can keep it for 24 hrs cause they made a mistake on my rental. The location manger is very rude and keep hanging up the phone in my face and was getting smart day that they gave me the wrong truck and that I needed to bring that truck back when it wasn't my fault that I had that truck and not my truck I ordered from the jump. So I might not be renting with y'all anymore cause I got treated wrong when it wasn't my fault. I had to put in 3 code for the lock to get the key and I didn't like what was going on. So I don't want my people to go through this with y'all like y'all did me

When I go to the big locations they be so busy I usually hookup my own equipment. The lady said oh no that's my job. But being a man I wanted to help but she wouldn't let me. She also offered my water. I will always return to her.

Latoya J.Arrived to location at 2.25 for my 3 PM pickup and could not even enter the building. I called multiple times and was told that I would to wait outside (and it was raining) and they would come meet me at the front door at 3 PM. At 3 PM no one arrived and continued to wait. At 3:05 I called and no one picked up as it was technically after the office closed. So then I called the 1800 number and they told me the location is closed and asked why I had not arrived earlier. Overall not very good experience. Fortunately around that time someone showed up.
