Was told “the uhaul guy quit” when turning in the truck and trailer on Monday. I left the truck and trailer.. truck was not checked in till the next day …jst after the 11 am due time so I got charged $60 for an extra day for the truck. Called the location… they said it was not a uhaul number anymore. Had to call in to the main number to get the number overcharge refunded. Someone at uhaul needs to make a call about doing business out of that location.

BARDY SSomething is definitely wrong with the brakes system. The front end of the van was shaking badly when pressing on the brakes. Also explaining the check out process would be very helpful.
