Mitzi was awesome to work with. She was very helpful in deciding which dolly I would need. The rental was on very short notice and she came through for me. Everything was very clean. She wiped down the truck (against Covid 19 virus). The price is the same no matter where you rent U-Haul so I recommend Mitzi at Dun Deal.

First I reserved online weeks in advanced just for them to call few days prior saying my location was not available so had to drive an additional 30 mins to a new location on the day to pick up a truck just to have that location closed down and then called uhaul just tell me the closest location is 45 mins away! So it took 4 hours more than intended to even get a uhaul truck and since I am military it cost me precious time to get my uhual weigned for the military PCS I barely made it on time because of taking hours to get a uhaul on top of driving around 60-80 miles driving around to locations that they "say" is available and I pass hundreds of uhaul locations why in the hell I have to drive so much just to pick one up! fix your system or I am never using uhaul again. worst moving experience to date and I used to love using uhaul. If neighborhood dealers do not update their information on being open or closed down (COVID or family emergencies) then uhual needs to fix that system.

Scheduling was easy and seamless. I called the location directly and Mitsy made my (after hour pickup reservation) for me. We arrived on time, but it took me 45 mins and 3 phones calls to check in online. I never got through to an agent via 800 U-Haul & finally gave up & called the 877 #. My app showed I was “checked inâ€, but the first agent indicated there was a verification issue and had to transfer me. The 2nd rep indicated my checkin wasn't complete despite my side app showing I was. He indicated there were additional steps I needed to follow, which I didn't have visibility to on the app. He had to resend my checkin and I had to start all over by attaching a photo & pictures of my DL. By this time, I was VERY frustrated. I wouldn't say he was the friendliest, but his involvement moved me through completing the checkin so I could carry on with my move. Unfortunately, the app challenges, caused us to be delayed by nearly an hour. This not only impacted my family, but the other family that we purchased the sectional from.

Online Rental process was not user friendly and the overall process was unorganized. Had hoped after talking to a person to confirm my reservation that rental was all set. But when I checked in a few days later, I was told there were no 10' trucks available for the day of rental. After multiple phone calls everything was cleared up.
