The guys at the store were wonderful, however, the U-Haul app did not work for mobile pick up and the store did not open until 10:15 AM. When I called U-Haul customer service, they said they could see my reservation and that mobile pick up was selected, but they were unsure why it was not working. They transferred me to a different representative to help, and the recording told me it was a 30 to 40 minute wait time. I ended up leaving the store, emptying my home into the front yard, and then going back to the store to get the U-Haul once the store had open, which was obviously not the most convenient. The guys at the store told me people had this problem quite often with the app and mobile pick up.
