The prices they advertise for a daily truck rental are a scam. Rented a 15’ truck at $29.95, after all the fees, taxes, and fuel charges. Over $100 out the door, we had the truck for less than 3 hours and drove it less than expected. This isn’t cheap, the mobile pick up isn’t convenient (it was. Pain in the butt), and overall I’d rather rent a pick up truck Home Depot.
Kelly KThe location did not have one of the carts that I reserved, but they went to another location to pick it up and delivered it to my apartment.
Jennifer VUpon getting our truck and getting home with it we found a combination lock on the back door called in and the store was so confused. The worker was very nice and apologetic, but it took 3 calls back and forth as he had to call other people to find out the combination. Which was over a half hour of our time trying to figure this out. Ended up being last people who did after hours drop off put itnon and weren't suppose to. There was no dolly available. Just the whole situation wasn't ideal. Parker said he'd talk to the boss about getting me a discount but ubhavent heard anything. I'd really appreciate someone getting back to me
