Not happy with U-Haul corporate. I rented a 10’ truck as it would fit in the location I was moving from. Two days before pickup I receive a call telling me that they could not locate a 10” truck. Had to get a 15’. At the location to pick up truck, there sits in the lot a 10 ‘ truck. I drive down the road less than a mile, pass another U-Haul dealer, there sits a 10’ truck. I made my move. Both 10’trucks remained parked there all day. Scammed into a bigger truck that did not help me at all, when there were 10” trucks available. I’ll use Penske next time!!!!!!’nn
Mike BJoe was awesome and I felt went above and beyond to accommodate an early unscheduled pickup, accommodating to my lack of knowledge in the rental pickup process and helpful in the return process. Thanks again!
