There is no Dropbox at this location, you have to go inside the store.

Jonathan F.I rented from this place twice. One time I got the 10' Truck and one time I got the 9' Van. Both were really disgusting. Both times I got an empty or almost empty tank of gas. If this place was not closer to where I lived, would never go back !

Joyce T.We got there and the staff at the store had no idea how to check is in and didn't know what a tow dolley was. They had to get someone on the phone to talk to us and check us in. They barely spoke English!! Then NO ONE showed us what truck or helped us hook up tow dolley! We were on our own! Worse service Ever! U Haul has gone down hill since allowing remote site store there equipment.

This place just handing keys from one person to the next seems like to me. They need someone to wash them and wipe down inside.

Jack C.some of the vehicles are hard to get into as you have to step really high and pull yourself into the truck. The vans in particular. Adding some kind of step would make the vehicles a lot easier to enter and exit.

ROBERT R.The truck was not clean, there was glass on the floor. On the website I paid for extra moving supplies and when I got to the location, I was told the don't have the supplies because they are a supermarket not a Uhaul location. The left door would not open from the outside. The left signal and brake light was not working. My mobile pick was was not working. I had to call Uhaul and they couldn't fix it so I had to go inside and they couldn't find my reservation and they had to call Uhaul. Horrible experience, and not a great way to start an already stressful move.

Jonas S.Pickup was difficult. I couldn't get the location services to work on uhaul website (even though they were enabled, in phone and browser, and completely functional on other websites). There are instructions on how to enable services for ios and chrome but not the android browser. I ended up having to download chrome and use that because it wouldn't work on browser (again multiple other sites worked - maybe compatibility issue?). There are lots of android users in the world so that doesn't make sense to me and it resulted in a lot of wasted time and frustration.

Jack C.This experience was horrible. I waited at the location for two (2) hours. I called customer service and waited on the phone for approximately an hour to complain and then placed on hold. After holding, the representative hung up on me. This is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend to another person.

Kenneth W.I am a corporate customer I made a reservation before I came. The person who processed the reservation did not know how to process a corporate reservation so she canceled it make a personal reservation instead. 1 and 1/2 the cost. The truck was quite dirty I had to clean it before using it. The gas recorded left in the truck was greater than what was actually in the truck and because the person did not understand how to process commercial accounts she kept me waiting 50 minutes although she was not occupied at the time and the store was quite at 6:50-7:45 pm that I left the store. I will try again with them in the future perhaps they can get their act together.

Joseph W.Make sure appointment is scheduled during a time when someone is working customer service. I had flexibility to come earlier than my appointment and chose to do that so i wouldn't risk someone not showing up right at 8am even though the store was open it wasn't clear if someone would be able to help me that early on New Year's day. otherwise excellent service - they moved the appt up for me and everything went smoothly.
