Sorry to inform you but I myself will not be using this cite in the near future due to sly comments made by your customer service reps.. The way your rep performed during the pick up of the U Haul rental was very unprofessional and I did not enjoy being spoken to in that manner. She stated That" you better not wreck that truck" in quotation.

KENTON JThere was a group of guys hanging outside of the supermarket (around midnight) smoking and staring at me. Worst part there was no Dropbox for keys. I took the key home to be safe. Next morning I got a call asking where the key was, and then the guy told me that their box was ripped off of the wall!!

Joseph LI would strongly suggest that the rental establishment inspect their vehicles in-between rentals. I received a vehicle that was dirty (not swept clean), with body damage, and with the wrong amount of fuel indicated. I would also recommend that the mobile process allow for a renter to submit more than one (1) photo if there's a problem.

Hipolito GThere was a lot of confusion with this booking. I had an original drop off time at 8:30, however due to traffic and other things outside my control I knew I would be late. I called the customer service center for Uhaul and explained the situation, to where a representative told me it’s fine and that I can use the drop off box to leave the key and truck at the location. Upon getting back to the location, I circled the entire building thrice and concluded this location did not have one. I called the service center back and explained the situation and asked if I could drop it off at a nearby 24 rental location. The representative told me I would be charged a fee due to wrong location drop, however after explaining the situation at hand, she told me she would out a note about what happened on my account to have the overnight fee waiver. She did not as I was not only charged for the overnight fee, but also charged for all the additional miles I accrued due to driving back and forth trying to figure out where to drop the truck off. Due to the inconveniences, inconsistency with customer service, and lack of grace on Uhauls part I will never be using their services again.

Christina GUpdate the website so that customers know that returns can only be done at the store. Let the help support personnels know of these chances. The support personnel helping me over the phone kept telling me that the return box in this location is located outside of the store in the parking lot. I spent 1 hour on the phone with her looking for the box. She insisted that it was outside. I ended up checking on Google and saw reviews saying that the box is located inside the store and not in the parking lot. It was 4 in the morning, the store was close, I had work at 7am, and the store opened at 8am. I had to have someone drop the key off for me. I chose this location because on the website it says it is one of the 24/7 hour return locations.

Dana FDo you haul that I rent it has several safety issues with it. Number one the passenger front tire had a Bubba on it. #2 i’m driving the truck and the door kept coming open. The driver side door would not stay close. I was very surprised that U-Haul would put somebody life in danger like that. When I return the vehicle and spoke to the customer service person, she made it seem like is my fault that the truck would not save like it should be, very disappointed. Jonathan FI rented from this place twice. One time I got the 10' Truck and one time I got the 9' Van. Both were really disgusting. Both times I got an empty or almost empty tank of gas. If this place was not closer to where I lived, would never go back !

Joyce TWe got there and the staff at the store had no idea how to check is in and didn’t know what a tow dolley was. They had to get someone on the phone to talk to us and check us in. They barely spoke English!! Then NO ONE showed us what truck or helped us hook up tow dolley! We were on our own! Worse service Ever! U Haul has gone down hill since allowing remote site store there equipment.

This place just handing keys from one person to the next seems like to me. They need someone to wash them and wipe down inside.

Jack Csome of the vehicles are hard to get into as you have to step really high and pull yourself into the truck. The vans in particular. Adding some kind of step would make the vehicles a lot easier to enter and exit.

Marie TNo cart available. No blankets available. My pickup site was changed. I was given a larger truck that used more Biden gas. Clerks were nice. Customer service who gave me another day to unload since I had to hand load entire truck with no cart taking an additional day was nice.

Mayra PI always use the app complete all the info for the reservation thru the app but there is still too much waiting at the counter for the reservation to be completed at the site - you need to fix this -

ROBERT RThe truck was not clean, there was glass on the floor. On the website I paid for extra moving supplies and when I got to the location, I was told the don’t have the supplies because they are a supermarket not a Uhaul location. The left door would not open from the outside. The left signal and brake light was not working. My mobile pick was was not working. I had to call Uhaul and they couldn’t fix it so I had to go inside and they couldn’t find my reservation and they had to call Uhaul. Horrible experience, and not a great way to start an already stressful move.
