To make sure that equipment all doors work, the passenger door to the storage area on the van wouldn't open, stains of spilled liquid that dried up on the floor, the seats needed vacuuming, the gas tank was not full like it stated

It was a little difficult to locate the office, I didn't expect it to be within a supermarket. Otherwise than that the service was good and truck was in good condition.
HUONS MI was charged for 73 miles but I only drove 9 miles. I’m still waiting for my refund. I was overcharged.

Richard DThere wasn’t any personal at this location it was easy to find and supposedly easy to drop off keys and vehicle ( which it was ) what wasn’t easy was entering information on the app to complete the rental . I thought that I completed entering in photos and issues with the rental but I get an email yesterday stating that I didn’t complete my drop off . When I did .
