There wasn’t any personal at this location it was easy to find and supposedly easy to drop off keys and vehicle ( which it was ) what wasn’t easy was entering information on the app to complete the rental . I thought that I completed entering in photos and issues with the rental but I get an email yesterday stating that I didn’t complete my drop off . When I did .

It was so quick and easy to rent the truck. I reserved it 2 weeks she’s of time and had no issues. Quick and easy. The only other thing u would say is that the can of the truck could’ve use a bit of a cleaning before it was turned over to me. Otherwise, excellent experience.
KENNETH VVan was full of snow. Roof was leaking and damaged my furniture. I used the van for 3 hours and returned it right away. I was charged for 2 DAYS! because someone there did not close my ticket out in time. Still waiting on my refund.
