I made a reservation. When I got to the location, I learned that it only offered the self service truck share option. I called the Uhaul and found out that my reversion never went thru. She processed a new reservation, but not for truck share. Called the 24/7 live help desk and got transferred to the regional manager who couldn’t help because she couldn’t get ahold of someone at the site to set up truck share. An hour after I arrived a un uniformed Uhaul agent happened to be driving out and assisted me.
