The lady at IfixNc who rented the Uhaul to me went above and beyond to help me. I'm grateful for her help. She was wonderful! Samantha and her coworkers in the scheduling department are wonderful and super nice and helpful as well! Thank you all! The lady that was there didn't try to help us disconnect or move trailer. She acted like we worked for her. When I said to her girl come here and help us move this, she said that she didn't have to take being talk to that way on her property. She also yelled something about an email as she rushed away. On the UHaul finder, it indicated this was the closest Uhaul to us. In speaking to a representative, she shared we could have dropped it off in New Bern, NC. This would have saved us so much time and money!Rusty G.

The truck was filthy. Had broken glass in the tailgate, finger smudges all over the dash, couldn't see out the windshield from it being so dirty. Mud on the doors and floors inside. Definitely wasn't sanitized for covid. We picked the truck up after hours and had no choice because we had other reservations we needed the truck for. We did return the truck completely washed inside and out. Someone was supposed to call us concerning a rate change but still have not been contacted.Joseph D.

Went in the day before to make sure everything ok. Was told keys would be in bed of rental truck. Nothing said about lock box. Took about 30 mins to get online check in to complete. We were able to look in back of truck and there was no dolly. Had to wait an hour for store to open to get it. Ladie could care less that we had no dolly and had to wait an hour. Girl was clueless as to what to do. Owner wasn't there. She did make an attempt to check the truck in but we ended up doing the email app ourselves (which is what we started in the first place but she said she'd handle it....). Uhaul.com and who ever rescheduled me really dropped the ball. I signed up for the 24/7 truck share and it was confirmed by the person who called to reschedule me that the 26' truck I wanted was available and I could pick it up at 8 am using the truck share feature. After arriving at 745 I logged in and the site said I had to wait till 9. I called costumer service, after a 15 min wait the lady who answered transferred me. That line rang four times and then hung up. So I called again, 15 min later the rep answered and informed me that the 26' trucks were unavailable for truck share. So had originally uhaul confirmed the truck I wanted would be at the place a mile from my house, so I could walk and get it. The day prior I was rescheduled to 7 miles away and when I get there at 745 for an 8 o'clock, I can't get my truck until 9. By the way moving help was there at my house at 9. I'm very frustrated with the scheduling of my truck. The bright note, was the lady who worked at IFIXNC arrived to work 35 mins early and graciously helped me by opening early and setting me up with the truck before the store opened. I really appreciated her. I know an hour isn't that big of a deal, but having timelines and paying movers $100 an hour makes it a big deal.KYLE R.

Attitude when we pulled up, I'm assuming because she was about to go on break and she couldn't because we came up to drop off the Uhaul . Had a attitude when told us to sweep the back and bring the dolly inside, and I wasn't going to drag it in when the other Uhaul rep put it in for me. This is where I was told to take it to, but they were closed. It was almost 30 miles there and that back. I came back and found a place that was only two miles from me, so I drove 60 miles for nothing. The lady at the place I returned the trailer to, said I could have just dropped it off. I wanted a receipt for dropping it off, so the first place did me no good anyways. I was NOT happy with Uhaul. I should have known better because this is the second time this has happened to me. The lady where I dropped the trailer at was very nice. I would deal with her any time.David E.
At this third party location the only employee that was there was rude, rolled her eyes at me, told me she has back problems and slammed her pencil down when I asked her (the employee) to please just disconnect the trailer and take the 4x8 trailer hitch back to the lot she has set up for her U-Haul rentals. But she demanded I back it up into the spot, which is a task in itself to back a trailer up and not to mention stressful. This employee of this establishment also told me that she turns away customers and won't let me drop off their equipment if they can't back up the trailer into her designated spot. I rented a 6 x 12 enclosed trailer, this size trailer should have a tongue jack, I'm a 6'1" man, fairly muscular, it was all the lady at the U-Haul rental agency and I could do to lift the tongue to hook it up. The tow vehicle is a Lincoln Navigator with a standard height trailer hitch ball. Lifting the trailer tongue aggravated an old back injury.Amos P.
