Although there was two 6x12 Trailere available, the first one I hooked to and checked out had a rear taillight out. U-haul will not allow a trailer to leave without the lights working. Hooked to the second trailer and all worked. Point is, had there only been one trailer I would have wasted valuable time and would have had to go to another location to pick up fully functional equipment. There should be a procedure in place to either check the trailer in from previous renter while it's still hooked to their tow vehicle to ensure all lights work, or the rental agency should verify the equity prior to the next rental.Jeffrey S.

Terrible experience. When I made the reservation with someone from Arizona I asked a lot Of questions and wrote down everything. I arrived with all the information expected for this Transaction. They were unable to give me a receipt or a copy. â€œNo printerâ€ was all I was told. They Wouldn't take my check but took my credit card. The price was higher when it came out. This isn't a location review but a review for uhaul in general.. I got charged for extra miles because uhaul only accounted for the mileage from house to house, and not the fact that i had to drive from pickup location to house 1, and then from house 2 to the drop off location. Charge wasn't anything crazy but this should be considered for customers in the future.WILLIAM V.
