The air conditioner did not work in the truck. It was a 7 hour drive to Tennessee and 90 degrees. I also would recommend that the truck be full of gas when initially picked up so there's no confusion when returning the truck.ROBB K.
Too bad Uhaul can't take ownership of the 24 /7 programming and it's exceptionally terrible that you charge your customers for customer service you have to check the truck out and verify anyway. Local location was awesome professional and exceeded our expectations. Arizona Uhaul could learn a thing or 2 from themJAMES K.

The owner was very friendly and very helpful. I had an issue with the lighting on my truck and he took time to help me troubleshoot, even changed out the plug on the trailer wiring to see if that was the trouble. I had an issue when I returned the trailer. My reservation got mixed up with another person and when I returned the trailer, my account showed I owed a substantial amount of money. I called the location and the issue was resolved. The owner stated he didn't confirm my name when I returned the trailer and checked in another person. He did take care of this. I'm hoping my credit card was not charged the large amount of money verses what I actually did owe. My U-Haul account still shows the large amount so I hope everything is corrected.JASON Z.

It was pouring down rain after we loaded this truck and I hadn't noticed the top driver's side had a lot of caulking on it. Leaked like crazy and ruined all that was on the shelf above the cab. And even ran down onto the floor. You need to actually fix the leak before the next person rents this truck. Unloading wet, soggy boxes and salvaging what we could was not what we expected from an enclosed truck.RICHENA B.

Upon dropping off my rental I calculated the gas wrong Damien made it right and I wasn't charged. Honest mistake. They didn't even have to message me and could have just charged me. I received a text after I left that had a link to a set of photos for the trailer for me to review and confirm that the photos accurately represented the condition of the trailer. The photos were not Of the correct trailer. I had to return to the facility to get things cleared up. It would have been helpful to have been notified of the text and had the opportunity to review it before I left the facility. Other than that the pick up facility and staff were awesomeBRYAN D.

Damien was very customer focused. Answered all my questions and even ones I didn't ask. Upon returning the trailer after hours, I had difficulty unhitching it. I called late at night and he drove to the sire to help me. Excellent customer service. He should be considered as a valued employee. Can't say enough about him.Jude G.

I was quoted and reserved a rental truck for $243, but my CC was charged $263. I received NO information regarding the rental and it's cost while in the pick-up location. Nothing was emailed to me until I returned the rental and that is when I saw I was charged incorrectly. I will be contacting U-Haul regarding this over charge.ellen M.

Reservation was suppossed to be picked up starting at 1pm for 24 hours...to needing to be returned at 9pm.???? Then, guy at dealer says return by 9 am for another reservation????? Who, what, where is going on? Lady i called to clear it up said its due back in the morning or wed face $50 fee, then referred me to some regional guy Jeff Shutt, in the am who didnt answer.
