I did not expect the location to be unmanned. I called 800 UHAUL to find out what to do as my trailer I rented was clearly sitting unlocked for me, but I didnt now the procedure. I picked up slightly early, I did not know I would get an electronic checkout where I would take pictures of the trailer. Luckily, I was able to hook up myself. 800 UHAUL dropped my call. The app was very slick, if I was a regular customer it would have been pwerfect
