Excellent and easy process for a Sunday when no one is in the office. Second time I've used them and I will use them again.

Julie MI was never given a reason for my pickup location being changed. This effected planning around time needed and milage. Guy working there took time to walk me though loading the vehicle onto tow dolly.
David UThe UHaul check in experience is very difficult (on line). The site is very slow and cumbersome. I really appreciate that the gentleman at illini auto was there to check me in for my rental!
