When I showed up to pick up my truck, it was not there. I waited on the phone for an hour to have them reassign assign a new truck which then took an extra 47 minutes for the person to come outside and clean the truck for me to be able to use. It was 5 feet shorter than the truck I had ordered so I was not able to move all of my things. And then when I showed up at my destination, the padlock I had also ordered was not included in the truck so I was not able to lock my truck at night then when I drop my truck off, I saw that I was charged for an extra 19 miles. I do not recommend doing self checkout with this company.

Peter SI had already chosen my return location when I picked up the truck but, later received a call from a general office, while on the road, asking me to return it to this new location on Seneca, which I didn’t know, was self return. The woman also said she would give me an extra day free to return it, but I was charged anyway for the extra day during the online return process, and had no personnel to talk to at that location. So, this return location experience not pleasant, was not easy to find nor helpful.

THOMAS HThere were only 4 parking spots and it was a very busy street so had to wait a long time before pulling out into the middle of the street to back in properly. The attendant didn't speak any English and he locked himself out of the office. He didn't do any of the return paperwork and kept pointing to a QR code on the wall, apparently telling me to do it myself. I wasn't able to tell anyone about the missing pads so I better not be charged for them.
