Well not go back. Self pick up was difficult due to the app failing. Standing around waiting on hold for someone to answer the phone. Shop was supposed to open at 10am but want. Finally got in the truck and it was basically on EMPTY. talked to the guy on the phone and he said there wouldn’t be any charges due to the fuel and bring it back at what it was. OF COURSE I just got my final bill and there’s all kinds of fuel charges and now I’ll have to deal with customer service again. Truck was filthy, i had to pick up wipes to clean the steering wheel and cup holders. Back of the truck full of huge tacks. Lot was full of glass if you’re moving with kids or pets don’t let them out in the parking lot. Wise uhaul experience.
