Well I went into the facility just to ask questions about their policies , cost etc. ended up being greeted by Lisa who gave me a full-fledged tour, I can say the place was very clean , safe for me to access my storage!

Had an amazing experience with Integrity storage, from the rental of my truck to the use of a storage unit. Josh was very helpful and genuinely kind and sincere, which are not traits I see as much in customer service these days. Facility is conveniently located, with 3 secure access doors for 24/7 access. I will definitely be back!

The UHaul website provides more information about the cost and promotions that the facility has. I utilized the facilities website to sign up for a unit. They never listed on their website that the price that was listed was a promotion for three months.

My experience with renting a storage unit was great. The staff was helpful. They answer every question I put to them. They showed me unit how to lock door. They were great when AI talked to them. I would recommend them to others. When I need to use a unit again. I would go back to them. Great. Job Staff.

The facility is fairly new, very clean, and secure, with easy access. One great benefit is that you can rent a U-Haul truck right there—pickup and drop-off are super convenient. I would definitely use Integrity Storage again if I need a great place to store my belongings. Highly recommended!

Integrity Storage on Jones Sausage Rd. is the best storage facility I have ever used. I've lived in 11 states and have used commercial storage facilities in all of them. I have never encountered a more professionally run establishment. The staff are the most excellent customer service reps I have encountered in any business (not just storage facilities). They could teach a master class on making customers feel welcomed and appreciated. There simply is not better storage facility in Garner, Raleigh, NC or the US. Thank you so very much!

The staff was amazing. So friendly, understanding, and ready to help. I'm used to 24hour access to my unit, so it was tough to make sure I was there before it closed if I wanted something. The only thing that would make this better, is 24 hour access.. But I don't think you will find that locally anywhere. Therefore...This is the place! Thumbs up!

Move in process was great until I received a copy of my agreement. The price on the Integrity Storage website is different than what I was sent by email to sign. I have requested an updated copy to sign but I guess the email address isn’t monitored.

Josh was a very friendly and helpful attendant. At times, there was a lady with blond hair there instead of Josh. She always seemed a little bit annoyed whenever I approached her about anything.

The facility was clean and easily accessible, and moving carts were available for renters. The staff were fantastic to work with. Highly recommend this facility.

This facility was fairly new and clean when I initiated my storage unit. Within 6 months time several people moved into surrounding units who consistently left the aisle in a complete mess leaving spilled soda cans on the floor, random trash on the floor and even leaving their belongings out in the aisle. I came to my unit with a person that was buying some of my belongings and found someone from one of the trashy units had connected about 10 small drop cords together to run to the power outlet next to my unit and ran it down the aisle so they could charge their cell phone. I had to move this out of my way so I could get my items out of my unit. This facility has internal cameras but clearly the staff never looked at them nor did anything about this ghetto behavior from other unit renters. Based on what I have seen in the last 3 months I have no doubt the newer renters have brought bugs into this building. Moral of this story is, just buy a storage shed to put in your backyard or rent a Pod unit. With regards to the staff, the guy that normally assisted me was fantastic and friendly however the lady was the opposite of this. The day I physically moved out I went into the office to close out my unit and she said, "If I don't get to it by the end of the day then I'll get to it on Monday". Excuse me? No - you'll do it today because i'm standing here telling you I just moved out. So I had to email this company to give them a written notice that I moved out since she wouldn't do her job. There were no other customers there, so she had nothing pressing to do, she just didn't want to do it because it required her to get off her butt and go inspect the unit. I will not use this facility again and likely won't use any storage facility because they won't uphold any standards.
