DIANA MI would like to state that the app does not work properly and kept timing out and removing the photos that I took of my vehicle I don’t find that being helpful in case there is damages that happened afterwards now I can’t go back into the app or my reservation previously and redo the photos so I don’t know if they went in. They also don’t have a give you an idea as to where the drop off trailer goes.
