JOSH MCharged me more on the day of pick up, even after I had a quote and reservation for that day. The truck was in bad condition, and the glass was previously broken, and when turning on the A/C full blast, shards of glass came flying up all over the truck.
Scott SThe customer service person met us in the parking lot and was very helpful, taking the trailer off and rolling it to where it needed to be. We didn’t even need to get out of our truck, he ran back inside for the receipt and delivered it. Very impressive!
