The employee that assisted me was polite and professional. The truck was ready and already had the requested pads and dolly in the back of the truck. I had no problem returning the vechicle. The whole experience was excellent.
Tyrone H.I ordered a 20 inch truck. One hour before my pick up I got a call that they didn't have my truck. The person who called said I could get a 26 I. Truck for the same price as the 20 inch but charged me the price of that truck. It was not my fault that I reserved a truck and they didn't have it. So chege me extra money because you guys didn't have what I ordered. Totally bot happy.
