Truck was rented to me with right headlight low beam burned out. Time restraint prevented me from returning the truck to U-Haul. Additionally, I found rotten apple core resting between the dashboard and the windshield. Does anyone inspect the vehicle before renting?richard A.

We were told and we verified that we had a truck. Got there and no truck. Had to go to another location only to find they were not open. When they did open, the system was not working to take payment (which I know was not their fault). Cut into our loading/packing time by almost 2 hours.david C.

Post the time for opening and closing on the door, there was no number for opening and closing on the door and we had to wait for approximately 30 minutes before we knew what time the building open only by calling U-Haul to see what time it opened.Rosemary M.

Check the lighter ports to make sure they work for charging one's phone. A side step would be nice as it is a high clearance.bonnie R.

I was concerned about the 2 front tires The tread on them was bald on the outside edge of the tires The back tires were in good condition The move was a short distance and we had no problems but if a I had a good distance to drive I would have asked for a different truck The service was good and overall was about averageDebra S.

I am very displeased with the u haul experience! I made the reservations in advance. I was told where the 26 foot Van would be for pick up and that I would receive a call. On the morning I was to pick up the van, the worker on 195 Jasper, Al. said that he was not aware of the order. I called the main office and was told there was a van 30 miles away. It turned out to be 45 miles. I had pay someone to take me that distance for pick up. There was no blankets. I had ordered two dozen. I had to go back to 195 to pick up the blankets. I was told by one of the workers at u haul that you "over book." I also had hired two people to load my u haul (since I have limited disability) at $100 an hour. So there they sat for two hours while I went to pick up the u haul. I want to be reimbursed for the amount inconvenience and out of pocket expense. You mishandled my rental in a reckless manner. Pickup location was changed 1 day before arrival. I was 7 hrs. Away and needed the original location. This was inconvenient and cost more per mileage.Robert B.
U-HAUL screwed my family over by picking a location that was far away from my drop-off point in both Birmingham, AL and Spring Hill, TN. On two occasions, I was told my location was on Montgomery Highway in Vestavia Hills, Alabama. Of course, you gave me a mini-storage parlor out in the middle of nowhere. In my previous move, U-HAUL gave me a tow dolly for my car they intentionally knew was faulty at their Corpus Christi, TX location. It is clear to me that U-HAUL continues to lower their standards in customer service and quality of product. I tire of your incompetence and lack of concern for your customers. I desire part of my rental refunded due to the inconvenience caused by my extra, unnecessary travel time.James C.
