Well first of all I reserved a trailer at Helena on Friday the 26 for pickup on the 30th I received a call from Helena on the 29th stating they had no trailer for me to use said I could get one in Drummond I had to drive 100 miles out of my way to get that trailer. I get to the lot in Drummond at my scheduled pick up time and no one is there I had to call the number and dealt with a lady which required me to take pictures of my drivers license and hook the trailer up myself then take pictures of the hook up and send them. I guess this must be your new practice show up at a muddy parking lot 100 miles out of my way and get the trailer myself this is not what I expected and will not be using these locations ever again why did they not tell me on Friday there was no trailer I could have easily went to Idaho Falls and got one. Not Happy and hopefully I won’t have to use U-Haul ever again

Have a real person on staff at pick up station. Alot of older people don't understand the computer world. I was told the uhaul would have a hand truck inside. There was no hand truck inside. Ive rented alot of uhaul. This time very unhappy with the service. Thank you.

Truck was backed up into some very tall weeds. Road into the pick up site was very rough

This is a remote location nothing worked you haul would not help me they did not answer their phone but Nicole from Iron Horse help me get the truck even know I was bothering her When she told me there was no. On the miles I was looking right at it that's not how to talk to a Customer but she did help me get the truck and check it in if it wasn't for her I would be there all day
