Jesse HI did not like doing reserving my vehicle over the phone and then doing it all over again on the phone internet. The internet connection was not good, it took 30 minutes or more to get the vehicle. its too much trouble. The owner was very responsive but taking and sending photos on the phone was horrible. You must get another system. This one is BROKE! its not what I am use to.....
steve jI was contacted by one guy from there office and he informed me that they are a mobile site. I tried the site but the site wasn’t working he informed me he had sent me his area managers number so I went to call him but then realized that was never sent to me i then called him back and the guy said he would try and transfer me to the area manager it started then hung up I then passed the phone to my wife because I was a little to angry to speak to the man at the office again after playing games for over an hour. He then proceeded to walk her threw everything he asked me to do and none of it worked like we said. So then he figured we could just pay over the phone. So truthfully they need better customer service.
