Pick up was horrible. I booked online pick up for 8am. The online confirmation indicated to go to Ironclad Storage at 8am as I had requested however the location did not even open until 9. Online booking does not work, stick to the locations actual business hours.Brandon C.

I'm writing this to express my frustration with my last ubaul experience. I booked a '15' foot truck to be picked up in Shakopee on June 26th as I was moving from Jordan nn to shakopee mn. I got a call 2 days before I was supposed to pick up the truck and was told you overbooked me and that truck was no longer available and that I would need to make other arrangements. Well, none of those options I was offered could work for me as I took off work and arranged help for the move. After much stress and inconvenience, I was offered a '10' truck in prior lake mn on the 26th. So not only did I have to downgrade size but it added more miles on my end to get it. Never once was an apology issuedÂ or any offer of taking money off the extra miles. The lady who took my credit card at the place was not very friendly and not helpful. Moving is stressful enough without all the extra inconveniences that occurred.Â I have used uhaul before and not had any problems like I encountered with this one. I rented a truck for a very short local move. I made one round trip for less than 20 miles. I estimated 15 miles when signing up for the truck. When checking in I wanted the guy at the return site to come and check the mileage. He said he was too busy and that he would check later and email me a statement when I received the statement he had indicated that I drove 108 miles. And charged me over $80. Completely false!! Not happy and will let other know about this for sure!RICHARD R.

Processing time to pick up equipment was too long. Would be great if this can be made relatively short. It took me about 35 mins just to get the truck keys.Steve W.

I did not have a good experience. When I arrived I was going to be charged over $200 more than I was originally told. It took over three hours to get this corrected and it ended up making us behind a whole day. We had to take more time off work and work with the other movers to have them come back a different day. It was a mess. There was only one U-haul employee that I spoke to that was kind and respectful. I will never use U-haul again.Amy S.
