For the second time I could NOT rent a trailer under my account name and had to use my wife's name as there is an e-alert on my account. I called in to your help desk twice and no one is able to resolve the issue. I even called i the day prior to make sure and an agent told me I just had to redo my verification, but that didn't resolve the issue. The help desk is anything but helping! I guess. they are more concerned by not staying on the phone line longer than needed to meet their time constaints.
In sum, neither the retailer nor the help desk could figure out what was the e-alert!

Vérifiez le camion avant que le client en prennent possession, le 1e camion avait des vidanges sous le siège conducteur et la batterie trop faible pour faire démarrer le moteur, heureusement il avait un autre camion de disponibles dans la cour

The clerk in charge at the moment told me to backup the trailer in the backyard without Even helping me at all.
No confirmation for the return and no help.
Last Time I returned a trailer to the same place it was another story, the clerk was help full

Le camion est tombé en panne . La batterie s’est déchargé j’ai dû faire un survoltage avec des câble de dépannage . En pleine pluie j’ai laisser tourner le moteur pendant tout le temps de location pour ne plus retomber en panne et on m’as charger l’essence au complet . Comment se foutre de c’est client , c’est la dernière fois que je loue un équipement U haul .
