The only issue I had was the app, maybe its my phone (Android) other than that everything is awesome and I am grateful for your service. Both agents that assisted during pick-up and after drop-off were very efficient and professional 👏 👌🏾 Along with your rep Jason here in Hilo. Thank you all so much ❤️

No one has returned my concern regarding being charged for the gas level
JAMES GHowever, the app is terrible. I could not get the photos of the gas level and the mileage to load and I couldn’t get anybody to answer the phone. Due to it being past 5 o’clock, just barely.
LISA ATank was at half upon Pick Up&due to gas prices, returned it as is.
Alana MJason went out of his way to help us, especially in that we were going to go to Hilo when the storm hit and everything had to be rearranged. I have a lot of questions and a lot of concerns and he was not only extremely patient. He was wonderful. Thank you so very much.
