There was an issue with the fuel gauge. It read ~full in the lot but when driven no more than a mile it read 3/4. We drove the vehicle no more than 30 miles total during the entire rental period, I believe it was 28 to be exact and it did not sit idling either yet it took over 10 gals to fill it up. I am sure the unit gets over 3 miles to the gallon indicating it was not full when it left the lot. The office was told about this the first evening yet they stated it was not their problem but the 1-800 customer service said it was a local office problem. Nothing resolved and it was disappointing. So customer service did not seem to be a priority even though over $400 was pent on the truck and another $300+ per month for storage. Its all about the money, not service.

-Called 10min before close to tell my location changed and that they will open later. (Inconvenience of time and place) -changed pickup to “online pickup”, however i was not sent a confirmation nor was it reflected on my order, this was realized when also arrived to pickup but the order would not allow so. -Called Uhaul services (wonderful techs), but it did take me about an hour of waiting to just have a tech verify and change my pickup option when i was told it was changed by this location. -when vehicle is unlocked, both dolly, and furniture dolly is not present. (I ordered both online) I booked 1 week in advance at a certain location, i would like it to be where i am suppose to pick it up, not 10 miles out from where i need to be. Not to mention none of my dollys were present. This was an extreme inconvenience for me (not only did i waste time changing my moving arrangements, my checking in time, but also added extra 2-3 hours to my move without dollys. Extremely frustrating.
