XIAONING ZExperience sucked. Had 06:30am pick up. Without being told that their system messed up, my pick up time went to 10:30am. I had moving guys going at 07:00am! So, sent me to a FURTHER location. Whatever. I needed to move, so I sucked it up. The day OFF moving, I get a notification that they have rescheduled my drop off location. Conveniently FURTHER. Not only unprofessional, but annoying. We don’t need this on “moving days”. It already sucks moving. I hope to never have to resort to U-Haul ever again.
