john gThere was no one on this site. I had to figure out how to return the truck with the app. It was not impossible, just time consuming - I also incurred an extra charge that I should not have gotten, but since there was no one there to talk to, I just had to pay it to get past that screen on the app. I will be following up with UHaul about this because the charge was for fuel, and I had just filled the tank. Sure it was only $10 extra, but that's unnecessary and should not have happened.

The truck was in very good condition and had the gas that was shown in the contract, so I didn't have to stop to load gas right away like other times They helped me all the way around on my rental needs. Very happy, I recommend this location to everybody and friends.

Linda PAt this location, there is nothing to improve. The process to rent from start to finish was super simple, there was no pressure to buy add-ons, and the cargo van was excellent, clean and equipped with AC and a backup camera, what else would you need.
