- The location that I picked up the trailer from was difficult to get in and out of. - An employee at this location told me all of the trailer lights were working, but as I found out when I went to a U-Haul Moving and Storage facility in a different town to buy a coupler lock (kudos to a different employee at the place I picked up the trailer from who called the U-Haul facility to check whether they had one (they did) and requested the gentleman who worked there to set one aside for me) that one of the light bulbs was burnt out. The gentleman at the U-Haul facility was very helpful: He not only put on the coupler lock for me, he replaced the light bulb (which was not an easy thing to do, actually), and he explained to me how the trailer works - something I really appreciated as I had never towed anything in my life. He was also very nice.
Sabir WThe trailer was dropped off in St. Peters Missouri (per agreement). It is a large UHaul location and was well lit with easy to follow instructions for the after hours return.
