Charles M.Could not find a key drop off box that was labeled “U-haulâ€. Spent a lot of extra time on site trying to locate the drop box. This is frustrating after a long day of driving and unloading a moving truck. Had to put the keys in the only drop box that we could find that was next to the service entrance to the dealership which is part of the same business. Would have very much appreciated an easy to find and well labeled key drop box specifically for uhaul.
Edward I.I use uhaul anytime I need to move or rent a truck or whatever. This time was absolutely terrible. We had it all reserved for one location and when the agent called to confirm our rental somehow it changed our pick up drop off location. Which was extremely frustrating especially since my uhaul portal was saying our original choice of pick up place. Then the place we had to pick up from is really hard to navigate out of since it's a car lot/service center. Cars everywhere and a 26' moving truck needs space and that's one thing they didn't have. It's upsetting since our rental was by mileage and our location was miles from our home. The place we picked was the parking lot next to our apt. We wasted so many miles dropping off and picking up this truck. Never will I ever do a mobile rent again.

Eric K.Our rental that was reserved for 2 weeks was not available and we had to drive 45 minutes away to pick it up. Got credit for the miles but not the gas. Originally reserved and paid for more days but we were able to get moved into our new home quicker, returned the uhaul 3 days earlier and wasn't expecting a refund for the extra days...but we we were under the miles they allowed us for the extra miles to pick the uhaul up..we used less than a 1/4 tank of gas and got charged $42! We would've filled up less than that but thought since most of the gas was used picking up 45 minutes from the reserved location that it would be a wash...beware when reserving a uhaul!!!

JERRY W.I received a confirmation on a 5x8 cargo trailer a month before pickup day. The day before pickup, I received a confirmation for a 6x12 cargo trailer, which I could not use. I went to the original pickup location and they had only a 6x12 available. They did assist me finding a 5x8 at a location 60 miles away, but the foul-up greatly delayed my move. I blame UHaul, not the original pickup spot.

Uhaul has horrible customer service and the road side assistance is a joke!! The ladies in mitchell, South dakota were two of the finest I have had the privilege to work with. They saved our day and our vacation. They are simply amazing!!! Everyone at uhaul should take note of the 2 ladies in mitchell, South dakota. They were truly great at customer service and satisfaction. Someone please commend these two ladies. Tge rest of the uhaul team is worthless!!!!

James G.There was nothing wrong with this location. I had reserved equipment in Sioux Falls and they did not have it. I was forced to drive over an hour both ways to pick up the equipment. For the mess up, I was not discounted (told they did not do that) or given gas for additional trip. I was given an extra day and extra mileage; both which I did not need as I had to work Monday. I was charged $20 for after hours drop off however. Horrible experience. I will not be using Uhaul ever again.

No one called to let me know if this change therefor I wasted 30min driving around before getting the unit and I had to pay for around 10 extra miles on my rental. All the stuff I had said the other location

Daniel B.I was very upset that I had to drive 120 miles out of my way to get the tow dolly since it wasn't with the truck yes they didn't charge mileage but what about my time also turned in 2 days early less miles and no refund
