I reserved a 20' truck for Brookings to Gregory with a drop off at winner SD. I drove to Brookings (past Madison) and had no reservation in Brookings because it was changed to Madison. I would have appreciated a call.

Make sure that the truck that is reserved is at the location where it was reserved rather than having to drive 45 miles out of the way to get it. That is what happened to me so I canceled the reservation and reserved one closer to my location
