I made my reservation for a truck on June 18th for a July 1st move. When I arrived at mings, the pickup location, they told me they never got the reservation and I'd have to call around to find a 15 foot truck. When we found a different location with a truck, it had a cracked windshield and 27 miles worth of gas in the tank. Consistency with reservation would have made things way less stressful on moving day.

The truck I rented should be taken out of service and looked at carefully. It was slow sluggish and struggled on the hills. It would rev up and be really loud going downhill. Did not feel confortable driving it through the hilly road of Macungie, PA. I was praying that it doesn't break down on the road on me. Did not have any of the equipment ordered. No waiting area. Staff at pick up location was friendly but did not perform a pre ride inspection. Luckily I took picture of starting mileage and fuel as it did not match what was on the contract when I dropped off the truck.
