The service was extremely poor and the reservation I had was wrong and had to go to another location to find what I requested. When I returned the rental I had to wait 15 minutes for the person to open the store to hand over the keys. I won’t use UHaul again.

Other than the cramped parking situation for dropping off the van after my rental everything was 10-out-of-10! And (when I needed an extra day's rental) they were quick to double-check that it would be available & got back to me quickly and made everything happen smoothly.

Fernando DEven the fuel gauge showed to full, but noticed that tank was barely full, as soon after driving the truck out of parking lot of U-haul the fuel needle was off the full after driving aprox 200 meters. Attendant at convenience store was very thorough and co-operative though
