Text msg should be sent informing the customer what equipment is required to tow a trailer. Ie the mounting ball and the electrical plug in prong type

GENTRY DThe only problem was that the trailer was supposed to be located in Chappell, Ne but got notified the night before I had to go to Ogallala,Ne to pick it up. That was 80 mile round trip.

RODNEY HIf the reservation/rental, form of payment and driver's license must be a letter for letter match it should be stated on the reservation agreement. The mismatch was a simple middle initial.

ANDREW WThe lady who checked us in was friendly. The disappointment and frustration came when we were told there was only a half tank of gas. VERY frustrating that we had to fill up before we could even get on the road. Upon getting to the gas station, there was no gas cap. Had the dealer filled the tank before checking it out, they would have seen there was no gas cap. Oh well. The biggest issue was there was so much dead bug splatter on the windshield, that with the sun glare it was quite dangerous. The back was immaculate. It was nice to have a newer truck. I noticed the floor did not get nearly as hot as the older trucks. I've rented from U-Haul many times and will continue to for ease, but having a full tank and clean windshield would be helpful.

FORREST MThe truck was okay except it was in great need of shocks. The steering was a little bit loose, but definitely not uncontrollable. Mechanically, it ran just fine. Overall, the experience was not too bad. We got from point A to point B just fine. Even though we had to go an extra 50 miles to get the truck, the people have been very couteous to deal with.

Ronald HCharged me mileage that should of never been charged. Need to fix booking process online. I said my starting location was North Platte and it gave me option to pick up in Ogallala and drop off in Ogallala and only set up one way trip. Should not give option if it’s not going to give you correct mileage for trip for round trip. Horrible experience.

Donald SLocation was fine, did a good job. The uhaul reservation system itself overall is terrible. We made the reservation almost 2 weeks in advance only to be told they didn’t even have equipment at the location for us just 4 days before pickup. We were moving and would have been sol if equipment couldn’t make it. Shouldn’t allow people to make reservations at locations for equipment they don’t even have.
